Packaging machines-APK 07 can loader

APK-07 was designed to load fish cans into cardboard boxes. The machine simultaneously fills two boxes. Operators at the entrance to the conveyor sort out ‘good’ cans, turn them on the proper side and orient them in the right position while traveling on the outgoing belt. At the end of the belt two vacuum heads lift a row of cans each and lower them into two respective boxes. An operator at machine entrance places two empty cardboard boxes at a time and monitors the incoming conveyor, while an operator at the exit takes away full boxes, places them on a pallet and reloads the container with cardboard inserts which are placed between rows.
