Bajadera

The Bajadera line consists of a transport system, machines that load the Bajadera into plastic trays and machines that place the plastic trays into cardboard box bottoms. The wrapped Bajadera are carried to distributors, and, then, through the transport system, they reach the machines that will load them into plastic trays. Two of the machines can be set to load either a single 500-gram or two 200-gram plastic trays. The third machine loads 300-gram trays, while the fourth one loads 900-gram boxes. The loading heads lift the product by vacuum and adapt their form to the size and shape of the plastic tray, before filling it with chocolates. The machine operator places the plastic trays onto the transport belt which, then, conveys them to the loading area. Here, the automatic head loads the trays with chocolates and the conveyor belt delivers them to the place where they will be lowered into cardboard bottoms. The cardboard bottoms are stored in the charger, waiting for the plastic trays to be lowered inside, one by one. A declaration and a top is placed on each of the filled bottoms. The boxes are now ready to proceed to the cellophaning machine. |
