TKS 1000 machine is designed for bilateral processing cable connectors by turning or drilling. The cable connectors are made from tubes of different kinds of material and can have different dimensions. The prepared tubes are placed into the adjustable charger on the machine. The machine functions in such a way that the dosage mechanism (robot arm) takes the tube out of the charger and delivers it to the position for machine processing. Then the pressing device tightens the processed item in the prism, which activates the mechanisms for machine processing. The mechanisms then process both ends of the cable connector and return to the initial position. The pressing device releases the cable connector and the robot arm removes it from the processing position and carries it to the place where the processed cable connectors are put. Simultaneously a new, unprocessed tube is placed into the processing position. In this way cycles continually follow one another. The machine requires one operator to fill the charger and adjust the machine when changing cable connector dimensions.
