Other machines-SKV 07 contact ball separator

SKV-07 is a machine used for gravitational separation of steel balls from capacitors and varistors. The separation is a two-phase process. The first phase is gravitational separation of steel balls by rolling down a slanting conveyor in two cascades. A majority of contact balls is separated at the first conveyor. Subsequently, a left over mix rolls on to the second transporter where more balls are extracted. The second phase is electromagnetic separation, where an electromagnet collects the remaining balls and leaves behind capacitors and varistor.
