Other machines-USK cam assembler

The USK automatic is designed for assembling forged axles and cams. These integral parts reach the rotary table guided by rotational and linear vibrators. A cam is first oriented and nested in the rotary table. Then an axle is inset in the cam and pressed down to a certain depth. A camera measures axle height and removes assemblies if their height is outside of the permitted range. Production statistics, such as number of finished pieces, number of ‘good’ pieces, measurements done, etc., is shown on the screen numerically and graphically. The machine is connected to computer network which allows production data to be displayed at any time. USK has two types of alarm. Warning alarm when there are not enough parts, and halt alarms which stop machine operation in case of skipping an operation or continual operational error. The machine works independently under supervision and is assisted by loading the vibrating conveyor with axles and cams.
