Confectionery machines-Cellophane wrapping line for wafer packages

Cellophane wrapping line is used for wrapping wafer packages. The line consists of three machines connected into a unit, coordinated and controlled by the controlling processor. Its task is to form wafer packages out of cut slabs and wrap them into cellophane or polypropylene foil, transparent or painted (i.e. duplex foil). The packages are formed according to "the envelope" principle, and can be sent to the store shelves, immediately after leaving the line. The advantages of this way of packaging are the low price of packaging material and, in terms of hygiene, a complete cleanness (no human contact with the product). The product is automatically packed and, therefore, requires one operator for supervising and another one for stacking packages into the transport box.
