The line is used for transporting and preparing packets of 2/4 smaller wafer blocks for cellophaning into painted foil. The controlling electronics contain elements for transporting and stacking individual blocks and synchronizing the line with the cellophaning machine. There is the possibility of choosing the automatic work mode to get the wafer alternately transported along one and the other conveyor belt or one or the other conveyor belt can be disconnected. If one conveyor belt comes to a halt, during the automatic work, the wafer is immediately transferred to the other one. At the end of the line there are two cellophaning machines which wrap the packets into cellophane (polypropylene): the first one cellophanes together two packets (450 g) and the other one four (900 g).
