Confectionery machines-Wafer cutting machine RNR-97

Wafer cutting machine RNR-97 is designed for confectionery industry. It is used for cutting prepared slabs of wafer into their final shapes and sizes according to customer's requests. A separator at the exit of the machine is used for separating peaces horizontally and longitudinally in order to carry it onto the chocolate coating line. Wafer Cutting Machine can be used for cutting several slabs at the same time, if required by the technological process. While cutting several slabs at the same time, a counting and stacking mechanism and a conveyor can be additionally installed on request, both equipped with photocells and electro-pneumatic elements so the cutting and stacking become completely automatic operations. Machine's velocity is adjustable to customer's requirements. Cutting speed is controlled by frequency inverter thus complying with personal needs. PLC operates the machine enabling it to be connected to the line or work independently. An operator is required to supervise, if the machine is connected to the line, or to provide slabs, if the machine is working independently.
