Confectionery machines-SBG-06 automatic packer

The SBG-06 automatic is designed for stacking a certain number of products in groups and preparing for loading cardboard boxes. But firstly, the orientation of traveling products must be changed from lengthwise to across. Products enter the rotor in a longitudinal position, and exit transversally. A dividing device working on the principle of lowering barriers divides products into groups of a certain number. An encoder synchronizes the machine with the flow pack to feed every product into its corresponding field in the rotor. The outgoing conveyor has cardboard box carriers which hold boxes for operators to load with stacked groups of products.
