Confectionery machines-Domaćica biscuits filling machine ZKD-1

The ZKD 1 is used for filling and closing Domaćica biscuit boxes. The boxes are previously formed on the MKS 91, and then delivered, by conveyor belt, to the ZKD 1. On entering the ZKD 1, the lateral box sides are folded once more, for easier closing.
The prepared box moves, step by step, to the filling position, after which its top is closed. Horizontal moving bars, which carry the box from the filling position to the closing position, contain a vibrator which shakes even the heap of biscuits in the box, dropped from the metal container.
After closing the box top, the safety slot is then locked and the box delivered to the next conveyor belt. At the end of the conveyor belt is a mechanism directing the boxes furtheron to the entry conveyor belt of the cellophane wrapping machine
