The Bajadera line incorporates a transport system, machines for loading the Bajadera into plastic trays and machines for inserting plastic trays into cardboard box bottoms. The wrapped Bajadera are conveyed to the distributors, and, subsequently, transported to the machines that will load them into plastic trays. Two of the machines can be set to load either a single 500-gram or two 200-gram plastic trays. The third machine loads 300-gram trays, the fourth 900-gram boxes. Feeding heads lift products by vacuum and shape them according to the size and shape of the plastic tray, before filling it with chocolates. Machine operator places plastic trays onto the conveyor belt which, then, transports them to the feeding area. Here, the automatic head loads trays with chocolates and the conveyor belt delivers them to the place where they will be lowered into cardboard bottoms. Cardboard bottoms are stacked in a charger where they wait for plastic trays to be lowered inside, one by one. A label and a top is placed on each of the filled bottoms. Boxes are now ready to proceed to the cellophaning machine.
