Box forming-LKK 2004B

LKK 2004 B is used for final box forming by gluing down the upper part of the box to the lower part, that has previously been glued together on the LKK 2004 A machine. The box is, first, filled with the product, then placed at the machine entrance and, finally, closed by gluing down the two lateral and one longitudinal sides. Installed inside the machine is a hot melt glue applicator that controls the amount and thickness of glue layer applied onto the blank prior to box forming. The machine is operated by a programmable controller and pneumatic elements.
