Box forming-LKK 2004A

LKK 2004 A is used for forming the bottom part of cardboard boxes. The upper parts will later on be glued down on the LKK 2004 B machine. The peculiarity of LKK 2004 A is the fact that the boxes do not fall through the box forming tool, but, rather, exit forward. Installed inside the machine is a hot melt glue applicator that controls the amount and thickness of glue layer applied onto the blank prior to box forming. The machine is operated by a programmable controller and pneumatic elements. LKK 2004 A requires a single operator to provide the sufficient amount of cardboard blanks in the charger and of glue in the container of the hot melt glue applicator.
